For two days I've been trying to upload the election pictures that I have.
But being the low tech person that I am I can't do it.
So, help... please...

In the post creating/editing window you will see a blue squared button on the right side. When you click it, it will open a window that will allow you to choose the image (browse), layout, and size. And then click Upload Image, and repeat for each image you have, and add the image description under or beside each image.
you can use flickr. go to www.flickr.com and create an account. You upload the pics there and register your blog and you can post them on ur blog by pressing the "blog this" button on top of the picture.
